The plain-words version of how we work. The written quote you receive before any project starts is the contract; these terms explain what it will say.
The 7-Day Preview
For website rebuilds we build a working preview on a private link before you pay anything. One round of changes is included. If after those changes you do not want the site, you owe nothing for the website rebuild. The preview is taken down, stays private and is not used elsewhere.
Payment and ownership
When you approve the site, the project fee in the written quote is due before launch. Once paid, the code, design and content we produced for you are yours. Material you supplied stays yours throughout.
Your content
You confirm that the text, photos, logos and other material you give us may be used on your site. We never invent facts, reviews or credentials for a client site.
Ongoing services
Site care, local visibility and the RingFrontDesk 24/7 phone line are optional monthly services, quoted in writing, and can be stopped at the end of any month. We do not promise search rankings or results from any provider we do not control.
Limits
We are responsible for the work described in the quote. We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or changes you or others make to the site after handover.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
