You see the finished site before you decide anything. Here is what happens on each day and what we need from you.
The steps

A 10-minute call
You tell us what is not working and what you want the site to do. We book the day-7 review before we start.
You supply: ten minutes, your current site or Google listing, and the one thing you most want to change.
- Days 1 to 6
We build
Design, copy from your existing material, photos you already have, and the technical foundations. We may email you one question.
You supply: nothing, unless we ask.
- Day 7
Your new site on a private link
A working site you can open on your phone and click through, not a mockup. We walk through it together.
You supply: thirty minutes to look and react.
- Day 10
One round of changes, included
Send your notes in one list. We make the changes and show you the result.
You supply: your notes, in one message.
- Then
Live when you say so
Approve the package and we launch on your domain, or set one up for you.
You supply: approval, and access to your domain or hosting if you have them.
- After
Monthly plans
Care, Grow or Lead, chosen after launch and quoted before any work starts. RingFrontDesk, the 24/7 phone line, can be added to any of them.
You supply: a decision, whenever you are ready.

We take the baseline
Before we build, we run the AI visibility check for your trade and city and pull your Google numbers: calls, direction requests, website clicks. That’s your starting line, saved in your dashboard.
Your dashboard goes live with the site
One login. Calls, bookings, website clicks and AI visibility, updated by us. We walk you through it on the launch call.
We show you what moved
Sixty days in, we run the same checks, put the before and after side by side, and go through it with you on a call. From there it’s a monthly update on your plan.
Why preview first
Most owners have paid for something they could not see until it was too late to change. Building first turns the decision around: you judge a working site, not a proposal.
It also keeps us honest. If the site does not earn the approval, we have not earned the fee.
